COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12ACR11C9A ACR11C9A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 044621205401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1H2E0A manufactured by Warrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 292317 by Manufacturer Control-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warrick Brand 26NMB1A0F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mayr such as 4105419 equipment made by Mayr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mayr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mayr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 93894244 made by Aro as well as the popular 82562 original spares produced by Timken Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 513500408 by Bosch and 4105419 spares by Mayr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MM4300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wilkerson. |
